    Dear Sir,

    Good day to you!

At the moment, the related products section is universal across the whole website—showing the same products on all product and category pages

For example, the following products belong to different categories but are currently displaying the same related products:

    Link 1: https://safeandsecureksa.com/product/manual-hand-operated-portable-chain-lever-block-ratchet-hoists-and-pulls/
    Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/98zcTy.jpg

    Link 2: https://safeandsecureksa.com/product/us-type-turnbuckle-jaw-and-eye/
    Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/0sNiIX.jpg

    Link 3: https://safeandsecureksa.com/product/g43-alloy-chain/

I want to display truly related products based on each product or category. Could you please guide me on how to set up related products properly so that each product or category displays its own relevant related products?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We appreciate your detailed explanation and the provided links and screenshots.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the single product builder content (editor), or alternatively, grant temporary access to the admin panel?

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
