At this time, it is not possible to manually add images to product reviews through the standard interface. The only available option is to remove existing images (https://prnt.sc/ll2TEEhbkMTl) by accessing the review editor via the following link:
https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=product-reviews

If you would like to assign specific images to certain reviews, we recommend submitting a customization request through your account at:
https://www.8theme.com/account/

Alternatively, you may consider creating new reviews that include images, and then editing the user details and date to match your requirements.
