1/ Please try the next: go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off, or provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

1/ It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show some unclosed tags causes the problem. Keep the Show Excerpt option disabled https://prnt.sc/KULQLZ6zKCMQ or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.
Another solution can be set another value of “Excerpt length” via Theme Options – https://prnt.sc/pzzNUwr52pux

2/ We have reviewed the product settings and can confirm that the result you are seeing is consistent with the current configuration. Specifically, the featured image for a variation replaces the main product image, while the gallery images remain unchanged. This is the intended behavior of the system. If this outcome does not meet your expectations, we suggest enabling the variation gallery via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Page > Variation Gallery.

This is not an issue, but rather a matter that requires a more detailed explanation to help you better understand the logic behind how the feature works.

When the “Variation Gallery” option is enabled, each product variation has additional settings, including the ability to upload images to local galleries for each variation. You can see an example here: https://prnt.sc/NK5aMWX3j25w

In your case, a default color variation has been selected here: https://prnt.sc/cQD3x-kenq1t , but no images have been uploaded to the local gallery for that variation. As a result, you have two options:
1. Upload images to the local gallery for each variation.
2. Remove the default variation selection.
