Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are unable to see the video from you, only a screenshot.
Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access as well?
Warm Regards,

Dear @Yasir Alam 8Theme,
We hope you are doing well.
To ensure a smooth user experience and prevent potential style loading issues, we have implemented a loader that remains visible until the page is fully loaded. However, if you prefer to disable this loader, we have provided a custom CSS snippet that you can apply in your theme settings.
Please navigate to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS and add the following code:
body .elementor-widget:not(.etheme-loading),
body .elementor-widget:not(.etheme-reloading) {
--etheme-element-loader-display: none;
--etheme-element-loading-opacity: 1;
--etheme-element-loading-visibility: visible;
}
You can also refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/z_RCzCKwcxVY.
Once you have applied the changes, please clear your cache and check if the issue is resolved.
Should you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. I’ve applied it and the main image is doing a strange thing. Before the user interacts with the website the margins are not loaded, as you can see in the images attached.
Another change I want to make is that nowadays I have a slider in the hero section. How can I change it to just one image but maintaining the structure of the image, with the button and the text.
Dear @Yasir Alam 8Theme,
Thank you for reaching out.
Regarding your first question, it pertains to the “stretch section” functionality, which utilizes JavaScript to create full-width sections. If there is a delay in loading JavaScript files on your web-site, this feature may not function as expected. In such cases, we recommend either disabling the “stretch section” option or checking the performance after turning off this feature.
Additionally, if you prefer not to use the slider, you can remove it entirely and instead create a standard section with a background. Within this section, you may add various elements such as headings, text, buttons, and more, according to your design needs.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
