Can’t start customizing my website XStore Theme

Hi,
After following the installation instructions for the XStore theme + Child I try to customize the theme. But when I go to XStore Options, all the tabs I open display the following:
“Assign global sections throughout your website. Check the page structure here. You can create as many as you want using our Static Blocks. Remember how to use static blocks by watching the Video tutorial. ”
– Clicking File structure open an empty page
– Clicking Static Blocks The preview cannot be loaded – Error 404 Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.
Would you please let me know what I’m missing?

1. To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

2. Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I don’t understand, I’ve checked the credentials before communicating them the first time, and now again, I was able to login again.

Which country are you connecting from? Maybe the country is blocked … Maybe I need to authorize the country too.

Hi,

I hope you are all fine too.
I did test the connections twice as confirmed sooner, without any issue.
Are you sure you are using the 2 specified IPs?

Unfortunately, I can’t disable anything, the website is highly secured by my host, after a hacking attempt last year.

Hi,

All this starts to become very complex.
I have asked the IP addresses you will use and the country from which you connect. I received 2 IPs and the country was supposed to be Ukraine.

Then I asked my host to open a risky country on your demand.

Now you send me 3 IPs located in Vietnam. While 2 of them are not IPs and can’t be authorized.

Why is it so complex to have the required details to give you access?

Below are the IP addresses (both IPv4 and IPv6) that we kindly request you to add to the whitelist:

– IPv4: 116.111.184.133
– IPv6: 2a09:bac1:7a80:10::2e5:61
– IPv6: 2a09:bac1:7ae0:10::3c3:31

You may simply copy and paste them into the whitelist IP list.
