Update problem with “cart progress” message

    Hello,

    I am contacting you because I have a problem with the message that indicates the remaining amount to obtain free shipping. When I add more quantity, the amount does not update (see attached photos). It is imperative to refresh the page for the message to update.

    Can you tell me how to solve this problem please?

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I have disabled all plugins except Xstore Core, Woocommerce, and cleared the cache but it still doesn’t work …

    Dear @Youcef,

    The issue occurred because the price was set as “79,90” with a comma separator, which led to incorrect calculations when updating the cart. To resolve this, we have adjusted the price format to use a dot instead, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/WI_RBFnOpbT2. As a result, the issue has been fixed, and everything is now functioning correctly: https://gyazo.com/1d02b252572d993c5f081b8b184ebda5.

    For even more accurate calculations, we recommend rounding the price to 80.
