Hi there, I’ve been having some issues with editing a single product page using Elementor. Everything looks great in the customization area, but when I preview the page, it breaks in the header section. Can you help me figure out how to fix this?

Oh, and another thing – on the shop page, my default page breadcrumbs aren’t showing up like they do on other pages. Can you help me with that too?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ We’ve disabled the header overlap option for the header. Please check the single product page now.

Thanks! Everything’s working great, but I noticed something odd. There’s a small gap in my breadcrumb trail that wasn’t there before. It looks a bit strange to me. I’ve attached an image to show you what I mean.

I noticed that the shop page breadcrumbs don’t look the same as the demo. Can you please let me know why that is?

    Hello,

The demonstration site includes two different headers for various pages, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/oWYPWvq3pHV5
However, it appears that one of the headers has been removed on your end, which is causing the discrepancies.

Would you like us to restore the second header for you? Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Yes, I’m working on making my website more user-friendly. Before I started working on the shop page, everything was working perfectly. So, why are there issues now?

Although, I off Header overlap and transparent and I have seen that breadcrumb is working great. But in my homepage I have seen that few extra gap in the top, but in the demo it wont appeared. How can I solved it?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In response to your inquiry, we would like to clarify that two different headers with distinct settings were used on the demo to ensure a proper appearance on both the homepage and the shop page. Therefore, it is not surprising that you experienced a different result after removing one of the headers.

To address this, we have restored a separate header for the homepage. You may now check the updated result – https://prnt.sc/d1_57pXa5MqP

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
