Error when installing demo site template

Good day,

When we are installing the theme and try to import a demo template we get the attached error.
How can we resolve this?

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process. In order to do so, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

We have tried to disable all 3rd party plugins, but keep facing the problem. See the login details attached.
