Archive products problem – displaying only one category of product

1/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly ask you to provide a detailed description of your request, including the specific outcome you are aiming to achieve. Additionally, if applicable, please share a screenshot of the issue and mark the relevant areas to help us better understand the situation.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

There is no settings for this, to show all the categories of product, please go to this file: /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-grid.php from 4538 to 4541

+ Change:

            if ($product_cats) {
                list($first_cat) = explode('\n', $product_cats);
                $category = $first_cat;
            }

+ To:

            if ($product_cats) {
                //list($first_cat) = explode('\n', $product_cats);
                $product_cats = str_replace('\n', ', ', $product_cats);
                $category = $product_cats;
            }
