Hello,
I can’t edit my website in Elementor. It asks me to activate Safe Mode; I did that, but it still doesn’t work. I also can’t edit the headers and footers because of this Elementor issue.
I added the access credentials for my website in the Private Content section. I also attached some screenshots to show my server configuration.
I urgently need your help to resolve these issues.
Hello @MOUN Ayiti Miltimedya,
We have noticed that some of the system requirement parameters are not configured correctly. Please increase them on your server as shown in the following link:
https://gyazo.com/ea4b06f1570b4a4152fa113947543bd8
We attempted to connect to your FTP in order to enable debugging and investigate the issues with your Elementor editor, but the password for access was not provided.
Additionally, the issue might be related to the use of PHP version 8.3. You may temporarily switch to version 8.1 or 8.2 and check if the problem persists.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello Jack,
I increased the parameters as you asked me to. You can also see that in the new screenshot I uploaded. I also added new access credentials for you to log in to the FTP account.
Please treat this as urgent for me, because this is something I need to get done right away.
Also, once you have resolved the issue, I would like you to let me know what information you found that explains why it was not working, especially in debugging mode, so I do not run into the same problem again in the future.
I am a website developer, and this is the first time I have experienced all these issues with a WordPress theme I just purchased.
Hello @MOUN Ayiti Miltimedya,
Please check now. We have temporarily disabled the Atomic Builder feature in Elementor Tools: https://gyazo.com/343d9c63abab228f0b9ff9e2b151ba9b. The editor is now loading without any issues. Could you please verify this on your side?

Hello Jack,
I confirm that I can now work comfortably with the theme.
Now, what exactly did Atomic Builder represent in the Elementor Tools section? Will Elementor still allow me to work normally if Atomic Builder is not activated, considering what it represents, especially if I do not need it moving forward?
Thanks a lot for your help really appreciate it.
Hello @MOUN Ayiti Miltimedya,
The atomic functionality is another feature of Elementor that can generally be skipped by most users. It is intended for creating content using widgets within other widgets and their complex combinations. However, on your website, enabling this feature may cause issues with the editor’s loading state, so we recommend keeping it disabled. You can find more details in the official documentation: https://elementor.com/help/atomic-form-element/
