  If I visit any category pages why are these items (Shop All, New Arrival, Sale) are showing always?
  form where to disable them?

  Please navigate to XStore builders > Product archive builder > Edit template via Elementor> Edit Spotlight Categories widget > Turn off/on Show all, Show new, Show sale, and update it.
