Hi
I am looking for some guidance of how the footer widgets / demo footer content / static blocks work? I have read the documentation and it’s not very clear to me (sorry).
I have disabled the demo content and selected my preferred footer layout, but I can’t figure out how I replicate your demo footers?? See my notes here: http://prntscr.com/662cv5
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

Hi
I have spent hours looking through your documentation, viewing that video and testing. The footer widgets are still not working. I have realised that whenever I add a new widget and save, when the page is refreshed I lose all of my changes??? http://prntscr.com/67cdkl
Can you please have a look at this? WP details are in the private content box.
Thanks

Hello,
The problem is you’re lack of memory on a server. There is an error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes)
Please contact your host and ask them to increase memory_limit value.
Thank you.

Hi
This is the reply from the hosts. Can you please suggest a work-around? Thanks
Dear Paul
As your website is hosted on our shared hosting platform. We restrict the PHP memory limit to 64MB for fair usage on the platform. We are unable to increase this limit on a per site basis.
The code will either need to be opimised to use less resource or alternatively you could consider moving the site to a dedicated or cloud server which will allow you to allocate much higher resources per site.

Hi
Is there any solution to this?
Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately in this case you have to change your hosting plan to higher.
Sorry.

Eva Kemp.
