To assist in resolving the issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend the following steps:

1. It appears that the issue may be related to caching. We suggest reaching out to your service provider and requesting them to disable the server cache (CDN) and completely flush the server cache.

2. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.

3. After the above steps are completed, please clear your browser cache and check the issue again.

If the changes appear correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is likely a cache issue. Ensuring that it functions correctly in the Customizer should reflect the same on the front end.

To address the issue, we have added custom CSS code under:
**XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS**
