Hi,
It seems like I can no longer set a header condition per page. I can select ‘child of page’ but normally I should get a option to select the page. But that seems to be missing.
Am I overlooking something?
Regards,
Martijn

Hello, @martijntje,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hi – tnx – I disabled all plugins, except wpbakery and xstore core plugin. It seems to make no difference – see attached image with print screen.

There you go:
Dear @martijntje,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to bring to your attention that none of the JavaScript (JS) and CSS files are loading properly through the Customizer. Instead, they are returning 404 and 503 errors, as shown in the following screenshot:
To resolve this issue, we kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting support team for further assistance.
Should you have any additional questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hi – tnx for your answer. I made a clone of the website to a Siteground domain and still get the same errors? See attached screenshot.
Any thoughts on this?
I think I found it: there seemed to be two installments of the XStore theme in the backend. One version seem to have the issue of not loading the header builder correctly. I deleted it and activated the other. Now it works.
Glad to hear everything is ok now.
If you need anything else please let us know.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
