    Dear Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently facing an issue with my website related to the cron schedule. I’m encountering the “Error establishing a database connection” message, and after review & checking, it seems that the issue is related to cron jobs, as mentioned in the error.

I’m not sure how to resolve this issue on my own, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this and fix the cron error for me.

Your urgent assistance would be very helpful.

    Thank you for your support.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hello, Bagwani,

This could be due to various reasons such as a conflict with a plugin or incorrect server settings. To resolve this, you could try disabling all plugins temporarily to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, reactivate them one by one to identify the problematic plugin.

We kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider’s support team, as the current issue is not related to our area of expertise. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide assistance on this matter.

    Best regards,

    Hello Dear Team,

I hope You guys are very well. I spoke with my hosting team, and they said:
“These events are running from the w3tc_imageservice and the W3 Total Cache plugin.

Could you please check the settings of this plugin?
You are an expert in this, and you have good knowledge of the code and this plugin. You were the one who recommended it for website optimization.

So, I kindly request you to check the settings of this plugin and see if any options need to be enabled or disabled.

    It’s a request.

    Thanking You.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI
