Hello, Grace,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand that you have created a static currency block in the mobile menu and mobile panel, but it is not functioning as expected.
Could you please test if the switcher works fine when using a default theme, such as Storefront?
First and foremost, we recommend contacting the support team of the plugin used to create the currency switcher. They will be able to investigate the issue further from their side.

Hi! The switcher works find with other themes, but it also works fine with this theme. For desktops, I have it in the header and it works perfectly. However, In the mobile panel(5 menu options at the bottom of phone screen) and the mobile menu(three lines to the top left) it doesn’t work. They’ve said it’s a JQuery issue. Is there any way to fix that?
Hello, Grace,
Could you provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Dear @Grace,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have reviewed the functionality on your desktop device and noticed that it is not working as expected there either. To assist us in resolving this issue, could you kindly provide a video demonstrating the correct functionality on your desktop?
Additionally, if the issue does not occur on your desktop, we recommend creating a new static block specifically for use in the Mobile Panel. This is because the current setup may have conflicting unique IDs, which could be causing the script to function incorrectly on smaller devices within the Mobile Panel section.
Thank you for your cooperation and support. Please let us know if you need any further clarification.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
