Changing theme to another demo look but remain same data

Hello,
I would like to change theme to be like another demo. If I import new demo, will all products and categories will remain?
Only Woocommerce is important, pages and posts are not, will do them again.

Hello, Milos,

We would like to inform you that if you install new demo data over the existing one, the old demo data will not be removed automatically. Should you wish to remove the old data before installing the new demo version, you will need to manually delete the existing data beforehand.
