Problem with translation keep changing the language

    Hi there,
    I’m experiencing a recurring issue where the translation keeps changing the “Add to Cart” button to English. It’s supposed to be in Spanish, and the translation is updated and synced, but the text “Add to Cart” is still appearing. I’ve already cleared the cache, but the “Add to Cart” button and the “Select Options” text are still showing in English.

    Hello, Fernando,

    To translate the currently untranslated strings, it seems that the .pot files may need to be regenerated. For this, we kindly request FTP access from you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Fernando,

    It seems that the issue with the translations is caused by the WordPress update (from 6.7). You may either downgrade to a previous version or wait for the next update.
