The cart side widget doesn’t work on desktop only

After the updates I noticed that after clicking the “add to cart” button on the desktop, the side cart widget does not slide out from the right side of the screen – only the amount in the cart in the menu bar changes.

However, on the mobile this widget works correctly. Do you know what could be the cause?
