How to make Promo text in Header top go on two lines if not enough space on one line?

If text is longer than the screen allows, the text is truncated with “…”

I want to make the text go on second line if text is to long.

I put a html element in Header top and edited with css code.

When I asked I was thinking of a way to put on tho lines the text in the slider so that I can still have that sliding effect.
