PROBLEM WITH MAIN IMAGE PRODUCT GIFS. - by OnlyCBD

    Hello!
    I am having a problem.
    I have added a GIF to my main product image and it does not play automatically.

    I attach video and product in private.

    Do you know how to solve this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We suggest activating another theme, specifically the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), which can be found under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. This test should help determine if the issues persist irrespective of the theme used.

    Hello!
    We fixed this by making the GIF smaller (measures 1080x1080px) and this is working now
