I am trying to move elements around in visual composer but everytime I try to move something it just turns the element into a grey striped box and I have to reload the page to do anything.

    Hello,

What Visual Composer plugin version are you using?
Please update it to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Thank you.

I have purchased the theme twice and installed it on two different sites. Its working on the first one.

Now visual composer on the second install is not working. There is no option to change the columns, I’ve attached 2 images. One with the error and one with how it should be. I have updated the plugin to the latest version.

    Hello,

You’re using old theme version. Please update it to the latest 1.7 version:

    Hello,

We can’t access wp-admin panel. There is an error:
Sucuri WebSite Firewall – CloudProxy – Access Denied

    Please disable Firewall.
Are you unable to create FTP account for us? We need it to be able to check some error logs.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

As I see you’re using 3rd-party plugins that may cause the issue with Visual Composer.
Please disable them and check VC editor after that.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
