We have noticed in your Theme Options under Speed Optimizations that the Font Awesome library is deactivated, which indicates that it is not being loaded by our theme. This suggests that the issue might originate from Dokan itself or from a conflict with one of your other plugins.
We recommend conducting a test using the Storefront theme to further isolate the problem.

This first photo I’m using the Storefront theme, and this second one I’m using the xstore theme. You can see that the icons appear in the theme in which you sent the test (Storefront) but do not appear in your theme (xstore).
The problem is found in the “orders” tab in Portuguese (3 photos).

icons library. However, our XStore theme provides a flexible option to manually load this library when it needed for customer.
