Header layout issue on tablet, landscape and portrait

Hi,

The header on tablet view has been altered following a distant update. I had waited for it to amend, but recent updates have not made any change.

Ive attached a screenshot below for reference.

(Occasionally the mobile view will load like this, but fixes with a refresh, but tablet is like this permanently)

Hello Storee,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please try to disable Mobile Optimization (Theme Options > General).
In case you are using an additional cache plugin, both optimization options (plugin and theme options) conflict with each other and can not improve the speed together.

Hello, thanks for the reply?

I was not aware I was using an additional cache plugin, can you advise which it is?

I am going to try disable mobile optimization…. but I do need the website to be mobile optimized. so I don’t think this will be a great solution. Ill try it anyway.

Theme Options > General

does not contain any Mobile Optimization tabs, just speed optimization.

Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t access your Dashboard anymore.

Hello, no nothing has been changed, please refer to the instructions I sent for logging in, and remember its the staging site you are signing into not the main site that maybe why it didn’t work.

I have turned of mobile optimization, it has made difference to portrait on tablet however landscape still appears weird, ive attached a video for reference, also the mobile menu takes some time to load on tablet.

We’ve changed “Starting point of the mobile header” via Theme Options > General / Layout on your site. Please clear the cache of your device and check the result.

Hi Rose,

I have checked the staging link, and it appears that the issue is resolved now.

Can you advise on what you changed “Starting point of the mobile header” too.

I will make the changes on the live site and let you know if it works.

Please go to Theme Options > General / Layout, on both sites > compare the value of “Starting point of the mobile header” option, and you will see the difference.
