Slider Disappears + 'Quick View' Button Stopped Working

Hello,

A couple of days ago, the slider on my homepage disappeared along with some of the settings for columns on the homepage. At the same time, the ‘quick view’ buttons on my shop pages no longer work (no product window pops-up when selected).

Nothing obvious was done to trigger this, so I updated WordPress, WooCommerce, the Royal theme and all necessary plugins, to see if it will fix the problem. This appeared to work temporarily, but upon waking-up this morning I found the slider missing once again and the ‘quick view’ buttons no longer working.

I’ve included my site and login-in details in the the Private Content section.

If you can please take a look, it would be most appreciated.

Also on the homepage, I have text that triggers a modal box (newsletter sign-up), which no longer launches when clicked. All these problems occurred at the same time.

You’re using old plugins versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

I’ve just made a point of downloading and reinstalling these plugins and the problem persists. It does not seem to make a difference.

Hello,

I’ve deactivated other 3rd-party plugins and slider and “quick view” button are working now.
Please clear browser cache and check yourself.
You can activate the plugins one by one to find out what was causing the issue.

Hello,

The problem causes SimpleJPEGQuality plugin. Please disable it and slider will work.
