Owl Carousle in product page - by graficagdc

Hi I wrote yesterday about a problem of the gallery on the product page , I inserted zoomify , external component for image zoom , but this brings me a right click , because the left is inhibited by owlcarousel , I would like to know how to disable only in the products page owlcarousel so activate the left button .

I have a problem with the click on the image, if you go over the image and click with the right button and you open link in new tab , you open the correct image I want, while with the left does nothing because the ‘ action of the left button is inhibited by the grabbing of owlcarousel.
I wanted to know how to disable this in code

Hello,

Just to clarify: do you wish to display that zoom window instead of the main image slider or just to show it when click on the main image?
Are you using any plugin for this feature?

Good morning , my need is to be able to click on the image and in consequnce to open the image with the effect zoomify. I integrated an external component zoomify, not a plugin . I integrated the code in the file folder woocommerce product- image of your theme.

Hello,

Sorry, but this requires additional customization which isn’t for free.
If you have necessary skills you may try to edit theme files yourself.
We recommend to make changes in a child theme not to lose the changes after update.

I’m really disappointed with the support of your company , if the support means how do I change the link from yellow to red , I know that the situation is serious.
I get answers , if all goes well at a distance of 4/5 hours.
The answer to the only serious request was to tell me that is not free.

Hello,

We have a lot of clients and we want to help all of them, it caused some delay in answering. Hope you understand.

First of all, please, use child theme if you want to implement some changes in our template. Move all the changed files in child theme folder to avoid problems with next theme update! It’s bad practice to change the parent theme files directly.

If you check product-image.php file that you have changed you’ll see the owl carousel script at the end of the file. Comment out line 175 //e.preventDefault(); . It should help you.

Hi, thank you for solving my problem , I can confirm that the comment line works .

But I wanted to ask you one more thing , do not know why , not having done nessunt change type or another , I can not create the pages, as it gives me error, and most do not understand why I am logged in, the top bar there is always the sign in and not voice my acoount or logout. Do not recognize if they are logged in or not. Since you have access , you could take a look ?
