    The Archive Product’s hover effect doesn’t work. I’ve selected the image effect ‘Swap’. I can see this effect in elementor editor, but can’t work on the real page.

We kindly recommend that you clear the cache from the CDN and access your site using a fresh browser to see the updates.     Additionally, it has been observed that changes are not being reflected on the frontend of your website. This issue seems to be related to caching. We suggest deactivating any cache plugins and clearing the cache from the CDN to resolve this problem.

    Should the issue persist, we respectfully request that you provide your site’s wp-admin access credentials in the designated private content area. This will allow us to review your settings thoroughly and provide you with the most effective support.

    I’ve tried to close these kinds of CDN plugins, but it’s weird. On my archive page, some product’s hover effects are normal, but some of them don’t work. So why?

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
