Hello, I try to make a side menu like home-decor template by following the instructions of your youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c54CRqYmZNI. as shown in the screenshot below, when i enable the vertical header option it doesnt work properly. it just moves some backrounds of the elements below a bit to the right.

    Hello, Teo K,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Do you have a live site where we will be able to check settings?
Could you record a video of your actions and the problem?

    Best Regards,

    Hello, 8theme
I just captured a screen record showing you the settings and how the preview does not respond to nearly any change i make to the builder panel (header costumiser). Please note that as i hadn’t made any significant progress on my site i deleted everything (even the database) and reinstalled wordpress and built everything from scratch so to make sure none of my actions caused the problem. Also note that i didnt edit any page or element via “elementor” so this is not causing the issue either.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Here is the answer to your issue – https://prnt.sc/wAlu7UB0tgpM
Please go to XStore Builders > Header builder via Elementor https://prnt.sc/FXcCghut_REg > edit conditions https://prnt.sc/-VYqxLIVHkBl > click here https://prnt.sc/nLduqTjnm6JF to remove and save. After that, settings from Header Builder in Theme Options will work fine.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,

Ok that worked thank you so much! However, after sometime editing on costumiser (i think when i enabled vertical menu) this message popped up again. I had edited all elementor conditions (header, single page etc) but i still get that message. maybe thats why the menu is over the main page as well.

    Hello,

We would like to inquire if there are any issues with the functionality of the Header Builder via Theme Options, aside from the notification mentioned.

Additionally, please be informed that disabling the PRO Elementos plugin will result in the deactivation of all new builders facilitated through Elementor.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

As I mentioned, there is an issue with functionality. The vertical menu for example as shown in the screenshot is ovelapping the main page and some settings such as paddings on the social logos were not visible until i “published” my work and then go to my site as a visitor.

Moreover, should i deactivate “pro elements” as i will work entirelly from your builders so i dont have such problems?

    Thank you in advance

    Dear @TeoK,

I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to request further details regarding your recent inquiry, as we found it somewhat unclear and wish to ensure we address your concerns accurately.

Please be aware that the rendering observed in the Customizer may not always match the appearance on the actual frontend. We recommend reviewing the final version on the real frontend to ensure accuracy.

Additionally, if you do not intend to use any of the new Elementor-based builders listed on our theme builders page (https://prnt.sc/z2Qpln3OBRji), you may consider deactivating the PRO Elements plugin and Elementor PRO, depending on which one is installed on your website.

As your website is currently hosted locally (‘localhost’), it is challenging for us to perform a thorough examination and fully understand your requests. Could you please provide more specific details or consider making your site accessible to us for a more in-depth review?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response so we can assist you more effectively.

Also, it is always able for you to find the answers and watch the tutorials on our documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/.

    Best regards,
