Also, if I enter into the “My account” page, at the end there is an error 1004

1/ Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
3/ Should the aforementioned steps fail to rectify the issue, we would request that you provide us with FTP access credentials. This will enable our technician to conduct a more thorough investigation of the problem on your site.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

I´ve tried to disable all the plugins which are not bundled with xStore theme and changed the PHP version to 8.1, but now it not even goes to the account page or wishlist page, just refreshing the page.

1. Upon accessing your FTP, we encountered an empty folder, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/-fuK_JeULY4b. Consequently, we are unable to determine the cause of the “Error: 1004” message displayed on the Account page. We suspect that this error may originate from either the WooCommerce plugin or another plugin installed, as it does not appear in our XStore theme files. To further investigate, you might consider switching to a different theme, such as Storefront, and checking the My Account page to see if the issue persists.
2. Regarding the Wishlist page, we have created a separate page for the Wishlist content, available here: https://prnt.sc/FUpXKA7mRiZT. We have selected this page in the Theme Options, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/5Vi1_h84iAe_. Consequently, the wishlist element in the header now redirects correctly, as evidenced here: https://prnt.sc/HoC3p_brvt-A.
