Updating plugin and theme doesn’t work due to a missing file

    The theme and the plugin can’t update. Every time we tried to update the plugin and the theme with wordpress this error keeps showing up An error occurred while updating XStore Core: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. we tried updating it from the dashboard and throught the ftp option. On both ways we have tried this keeps occuring after we click on update. There is a missing file or zip code we can not reach. How can we fix this problem?
