    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Hello Rose,

    Really appreciate you logged in, I agree there are plugins which are interfering with each other. We’ll have to further look into this, I understand this is not part of the theme’s support.
