Desktop header not responsive & it shown in Mobile vers too

Dears

The desktop header is not responsive & it is shown in the Mobile version too in the Arabic version especially & many times, the desktop version shows the hamburger menu ( when it is already a mobile version)

Hello, @The Egyptian Developers,

1) We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the Testimonial photos extending over footer on phone screens only Please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Xstore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to General/Layout.
4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
5. Turn it OFF.
6. Click on Publish.

After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.

2) Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.
