WooPress Admin Login Failure return fatal error

    Hi we are buy WooPress from Themeforest ( ” purchase code : Private Content ” ) and create this website https://caralarms.gr/ . When trying to login this url ” https://caralarms.gr/wp-admin/ ” and show error. The error is :

    This error is coming for woo core. Can you show me a solve please because we dont have acces admin panel?

    BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information.
    We’ve edited your reply and moved the Purchase code into the Private Content area.

    As we can see, you purchased WooPress in 2017, so the support period is expired, but we will try to help you.

    The problem can be caused by a compatibility issue with a 3rd party plugin on the site.
    Please provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look. To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
