    Hi,

When clicking on the product title/image on the store page on a mobile device, it is scrolling to the description instead of staying at the top of the page.

    How can I fix this?

    Hello Luc,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by custom changes in files.

    Let us know the results.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi Rose Tyler,

As far as I can see the problem is not caused by any third party plugins.
The issue occurs since the last update.

    Hello Luc,

    Thank you for your response.

We asked you to do tests because there is no such problem on our test site.

If you did tests and you are sure that the issue is not caused by a 3rd party plugin or your custom code in the child theme, please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the site. We need to check the situation more deeply.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
