Problem with shortcode no longer working…

Hi

I was using a shortcode to render and display the delivery info (in days) from your element in the custom product page layout but it seems to have stopped working – this is the shortcode used:

[etheme_sales_booster_estimated_delivery]

and now it no longer renders the results? Please see private for details and remember do not reply with any site info publicly!

We will check the issue on our local websites. Till that time you can use another option for the position of Estimated delivery → https://prnt.sc/VlRRq4GeDc9e that will show normally → https://prnt.sc/0Qei5roqpkMp

It could be possible that the issue is caused by dynamic content from outside of Elementor widgets.

Also, you can check if it works ok with the Elementor shortcode widget added to the Single product template. (because you told us we cannot edit anything).

Hi thanks for looking.

Go ahead and test on my site it’s fine. I’ve got a full backup saved. Sorry I was meaning not to edit anything there and then but it’s been a day so my backup is there now.

I really need it to work with the shortcode the way I’ve done it as it uses mouse over tooltips etc too.

Please look and test on my site if that’s ok.

If it is ok, then we will include the fix globally in the next theme update.
In case you are interested in the name of file that was edited → xstore/framework/features/woocommerce/estimated-delivery.php
