Thank you for the response.
2/ Do you mean [product_brand] shortcode? Where did you get it and how to add it? It is not our shortcode, so we are not responsible for it.
Our Brands settings are in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands. But they work for our custom port type – brands, not for brands added by a 3rd party plugin.
