Further, it will be possible with Customization, Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

1/ There is no solution to place your own custom content in the header account off-canvas area, that is why we described to you the possible solution to prevent seeing default login/registration content in off-canvas.
Also, you may just hide the registration tab in account content like that

.header-account-content .et-tab[data-tab=register] {
    display: none;
}

(place this custom CSS code in Theme options > Theme Custom CSS).
