Menu changing and disappering + font issues on buttons only

    Hi, the menu is behaving a bit strange. It is changing and disappering for no reason. After last update – the google font on buttons was suddenly not working and replaced with another..

    Hello, Siv,

    We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the font family of your buttons. We have determined that this issue is caused by the use of custom CSS code that overrides the options values set in the theme.

    As you can see in the screenshot, when we remove the custom CSS code, the issue is resolved. The screenshot is available here: https://postimg.cc/N28p1RHz

    To resolve this issue, we recommend that you locate and remove the custom CSS code that is causing the problem. You can find this code in XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS.

    Thank you, I looked at the custom css in theme options and I couldn´t se the css code that is causing the problem.

    2. What about the other question – I experience that the menu and mobile panel changes without any reason (at least in my head)… I then have to flush cache or republish on the header builder or mobile panel section.
    I need this to be stable…
    Please advise.

    Hello Siv,

    I am pleased to inform you that the font issue has been resolved. I checked your site today and it is now working fine, as you can see in this video: https://streamable.com/25h3aq

    On the mobile version, the desktop menu appears, but the menu toggle button is not present.

    In order for me to investigate the issue further, please provide your WordPress admin URL, username, and password in the private content area of this topic, using the following format:

    WORDPRESS ADMIN PASSWORD:

    Please note that before doing so, you should take a complete backup of your site. Additionally, please allow us to debug your site and make changes/remove plugins as necessary.

    Hello Siv,

    We believe that the issue you are experiencing is likely due to caching settings. Deactivating the cache plugin did not help, but it is possible that the cache is stored on your server or in files that do not require the activation of a specific plugin.

    We kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider to clear all caches that are activated on your website. After that, please recheck the issue.

    As an additional idea, we could remove the folders of minification css/js and check again, but for this we would need your FTP access (which you can provide us in the private content area). However, we suggest that you first try the steps we have outlined above.
