Duplicate images with different sizes and extensions created while uploading the image

    Hello,
    When we upload any image from media library it create 15 different sizes images with different extensions. for example we upload a picture name
    CHCBDMSB110.jpg, it create different duplicates as you can see in the screen shot.

    how do we stop it and also wants to clean up the duplicate images
    please help

    Actually, by default WordPress generates different sizes of images for different resolutions. Here I found an article to understand it better and to know how to fix it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-prevent-wordpress-from-generating-image-sizes/
