There is a “sale booster” on my cart popup page that wasn’t to be there..

Hi. A customer has sent me a print of its phone with the message “spend … to get free shipping” on the cart element, but I thought I had setted this element to not be shown (here https://snipboard.io/iNkFIT.jpg and here https://snipboard.io/gtqaKJ.jpg and here https://snipboard.io/8Zv2ym.jpg).. What did I do wrong? Thanks.

Please also try to Disable this progress bar option as well. See the image for better reference: https://postimg.cc/V0ySZV9k

And check back to your site after Clearing the browser cache. Hope this help to resolve your issue.

Hi. Thanks for the answer, but all the steps (fake sale, progress bar, request quote, cart/checkout pages, fake live viewing, product sold counter and floating menu) are disabled.
Any suggestion of where else I can check?

Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
