I can not update my XStore and my web stop

    I can not make update my X store , and my web stop working
    it is so bad for me

    I get this message (( An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature ))

    now my web stop I can’t do anythings

    I make update it is giving me this message

    I loose ore my data in my web

    Hello,

    The update should not cause such a problem. As mentioned in docs https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update we recommend creating a full backup before any update.
    We hope that your hosting provider makes regular backups of your site and you will be able to restore it from backup.
