Ajax pagination not scrolling down when clicking on the next page

Hello team, when i click the next page the ajax is not scrolling to the top of page, which cause confusion to the customers

how can i fix this

Hello, @Diollo Store,

First of all, I can see you are using the old version of the theme (8.2.3), so try to update the theme and theme required/recommended plugins, and check back to your site after removing the server, site and browser cache.

I can see you have the server cache LightSpeed as well, so please disable it, till you are in the development process.

OR

If you are using the “WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Pagination” plugin on your site, then please, go to the Infinite Scroll setting and update them according to our documentation

OR try to disable that plugin and use the theme default pagination and check back.

i didn’t install the infinite scroll plugin, do i need it to make this to work, i thought its a native feature

Hello,
