Once we visit your site from the mobile device we see the following https://prnt.sc/Qw1aegXxirhE This is AMP version of your site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/115-home-page-section because you enable the AMP plugin. If you don’t want to have that then just disable AMP plugin.
