Unable to delete duplicate default header

hello, i am using xstore for all my projects and really happy with the product.

one of my projects has an issue. in the header builder there is a duplicate of my default header and i cannot delete it (see the screenshot below). also there are some typography setting conflicts, some of my settings does not apply, for eg. breadcrumbs are not rendering correct. i set them to px values, yet they still appear as vw.

I am considering the rebuilt the whole theme from scratch but also if possible i would like to see if any diagnostics for theme available

i moved a copy of my site to a new subdomain

– deleted. Please check. We need access to the live site, to be able to do the same there.
