This text comes from the theme, so after the Sync it should be available for translation. Provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Once the question will be solved, you will be able to delete this account.
Sorry, but we can’t say the reason for the problem without access.

Hello,

That text is located in theme translation files. So, if you updated theme, synced translation you should have this string in the list of translations. You just need to translate that. In case it does not work for you then you need to provide us with Dashboard access because we can’t find the reason of the issue but screenshot only. Or provide us with your translation files at least.
