  I set up the “info banner” in visual composer.
  Info banner has a button with a link. Clicking the button doesnt work because info banner is adding the following to the URL: url:http%3A%2F%2Fmailchimp.com|title:Mailchimp|”
  Instead of http://mailchimp.com

  I really like the way this Info banner looks so I didn’t want to change it with text and another button.
