Please tell me how to add star rating on my product page and shop page

i have turned on the star rating on the shop button but nothing appears. kindly tell me what to do.
i have tried to tick the rating button in the customize options but nothing happens. pls help

Old reviews on your site were post without stars-rating, now it works fine – https://prnt.sc/26bnpck > https://prnt.sc/26bnoxq https://prnt.sc/26bnp0c https://prnt.sc/26bnp37 You can delete “test” review and post new ones.
