    Hi I’ve two questions.
    1. Is it possible to have two different promo texts (one for desktop version and one for mobile) within the same header? If not do I have to create new header, with is dedicated only for mobile (how to implement it)?

Btw. Can I use two promo texts within one header?

    2. How can I change hover color on footer menu? (this one https://ibb.co/SPF0CVS gold instead of green). Thank you for your help. Have a nice day !

    Hello,

1/ Do you use WPBakery? Enable it for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/
Create a static block with the desired content, for example, use Autoscrolling Text element, then you will be able to add this block into the header via HTML element of Header builder.
2/ Theme Options > Footer > Footer styling > Footer links

    Regards
