  Hi,
  How can I display product category data (title, image and description ) on top of Product Archive.
  I mean dynamically show product category datas.

  Hello,

  By default, the title is shown in Breadcrumbs, image can be used as background of Breadcrumbs, and position of description you cna select via Theme Options > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position.
  Enable Elemenor for static blocks, then go to Static blocks > create a block with the desired content, and add shortcode of the block into Category description, for example – https://prnt.sc/1skjvu3
