1) What version of PHP do you use there? Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your actual site.

3) Got it. Passed the issue to our developers.
5) We do. But to fix this on your site we need WP Dashboard and FTP access.
6) Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > disable Static block cache and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources options. Enable them once you finish site development.
7), 8) Edit Newsletter/Footer Static block and remove Mailchimp element and the shortcode element and place the Mailchimp shortcode to the Shortcode elementor element.

5) No, you understand wrong. That text is the admin text and should be added to wpml-config.xml and then you’ll be able to add the string to string translation using the translate admin string link at the bottom of the string translator menu item. So, we asked WP Dashboard access to upload fixed wpml-config.xml, add that admin string to string translator and check if everything works fine for you after that.
6) You can keep that disabled if you don’t want to switch. But if you enabled that and see that changes do not apply then disable mentioned options.
9) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu and check what you show for the additional tab: existing product categories or menu that you created. I suppose that you display simple product categories list (Products > Categories).
10) You can enable Filters button if you add widgets to the Appearance > Widgets > Filters widget area. To disable sidebar go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product page layout > adjust sidebar for the shop, product category, brands pages.
11) You need to create Google Map API and add that to the map element settings. https://accedemaps.com/2019/04/09/solving-google-maps-for-development-purposes-only-error/
Or use the default map element with the embedded map that does not require API.
12) Nope, we don’t have such option in our theme by default.

hello,
don’t understand what you want from me about tickets, u asked create new one, i did, and again something wrong. is it not allowed asking many question in one ticket? i have to create separate ticket for each question?? where maintained about this rule in your support policy?
where i can find list of all my tickets?

13) how works sales booster-progress bar? nothing about how its work in your documentation.
Is it for just for each separate order? or its calculating by customer total orders?
e.g. I want to change it, when customer make orders (not with one order, also with several orders e.g during all time or fixed time (6 month or other time) order is calculating and when customer got 500eur/usd total (one or many orders) then customer will get discount coupon (20eur/usd discount)

Hello,

There is no rule that you can’t post a lot of questions on one topic but keep in mind that sometimes it causes misunderstanding (just from our experience with other users). Besides if a new support member check your topic he needs to read the whole conversation to find out which issue was resolved, which one still needs help. So, he could miss something if it takes a lot of questions within the same topic. That’s why we usually ask to create a separate topic for the separate problem to control what issues were resolved (and topic could be closed) and which one still requires our attention. Got it? You can find the list of your topics in the right sidebar.

3) The fix will be included in the next theme update. You don’t need to upload that file after every theme update.
10) Sorry. Check the Shop page layout item.
11) Do you use WPBakery or Elementor page builder? Could you, please, provide us with link to your site?

15) There is no such option. We have only a filters area that displays by click on the button https://prnt.sc/1szaxeo To add widgets to that filters area go to Appearance > Widgets > add widgets to Shop Filters widget area.
